Shipping Policy

SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY 

All orders require a signature upon delivery, meaning someone must be present to sign for the package. If a delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the delivery service to reschedule the delivery or hold for pickup, if needed. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.


Address Requirements

• We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes

Please use the correct mailing address. Your shipping and billing addresses must match the registered card’s address. If they do not match, your order will be canceled.

Allured Crowns Collection LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Double check your information and make sure that everything is filled out correctly and completely. Once your order is complete, the address cannot be changed.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, you will be contacted via email and required to pay a reshipping fee.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Payment Processing:
It typically takes 1-3 business days (holidays and weekends excluded) for your payment to process before we can begin preparing your order.

Order Processing:
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll process your order, which includes preparing the hair for shipment.

Many of our hair items, such as bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs, are custom made unless listed in the “Ready To Ship” section.

Processing Times:

  • Ready To Ship: Processed within 24-48 hours (holidays and weekends excluded).
  • All Other Orders: Processing takes 5-8 business days (holidays and weekends excluded).

Shipping Times:

  • Domestic Shipping: After processing, we ship using priority mail via USPS, which takes 1-3 business days (holidays and weekends excluded).
  • International Shipping: After processing, we use UPS, which takes 6-10 business days for delivery (holidays and weekends excluded).

Overall Timeframe:

  • Domestic Orders: Please allow at least 7-14 business days for processing and shipping combined.
  • International Orders: Please allow at least 12-18 business days for processing and shipping combined, depending on your location.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.

 

Fraud Protection:
To protect both our customers and our business, Allured Crowns Collection LLC utilizes fraud detection software. If your payment is flagged as high-risk or fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel your order. These measures ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone.

 

Customs Information

Allured Crowns Collection LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Please contact your country’s customs office for details on charges related to your package.

To protect your orders and give you peace of mind, signature is required at delivery and we’ve partnered with Route Package Protection, a premium package protection service that covers your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

    Route is a third-party service that provides peace of mind by protecting your order after it has been shipped. You’ll have the option to add Route Package Protection at checkout for a small fee.

  • What Does Route Cover?

    • Lost packages
    • Stolen packages
    • Items damaged during transit

How to File a Claim

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, filing a claim with Route is simple:

  1. Locate your Route confirmation email.
  2. Follow the link to file a claim through Route’s app or website.
  3. Submit the required details (e.g., order information, photos if damaged).
  4. Route will process your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

Important Notes

  • Adding Route Package Protection is optional but highly recommended.
  • If you choose not to purchase Route, Allured Crowns Collection LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
